    Shakeela - Misenchymal tumour

    38 year old lady came with a large tumour of right forearm. She was operated six times in last fifteen years for the same problem but every time the tumour recurred. On biopsy it was diagnosed as Misenchymal tumour of upper third ulna. The ulna with tumour and surrounding muscles was excised, elbow replacement was done. It is now one and half year post op. The tumour has not recurred. Range of movement is 10 to 80 degrees. There was radial nerve palsy immediately after surgery but recovered in six weeks. The patient is able to do her daily activities without pain.
